I am on a path without direction
A hand to guide me I am without
Like looking at a tarot card that's unclear
I am lost with unclear whereabouts

Like the departure of your favorite reality
Like facing this world with no given gifts
I've been lead astray without reason or truth
I am lost as my mind cannot shift

I'm blinded under a higher power
No mercy is revealed to me
I'm held back with restraint
I am lost and still can't see

I do not know what road to take
I do not know as I try hard to strive
I ask you why and receive no response
I am lost and will not be revived

I cannot stay true to my form
I cannot accept this burden for what it is
I know myself but then I do not
I am lost in life's question on this quiz

I see not the soul through mine eyes
I have no knowledge to a simple memory
Like a feeling of a forgotten reliquary
I am lost with nothing contemporary

I am unable to dream a dream
I feel nothing it always seems
What was I being sheltered from?
I am lost in a false dream

I've searched out this path to freedom
Each road you take can be a mistake
I still have no feeling of being found
